Nurani tweeted about this recipe for home made ricotta, earlier today. I decided it would be my mission for today and made it. It is incredibly simple. I had no idea how easy it would be. It’s quite tasty, too.

This is a great 24 hour film. It is made from clips of other films, with each clip taking place at the exact time as it is shown. I watched it from 1.45 to 2pm

Now that’s what I call mid-January weather. Let’s hope I don’t get sunburned :-)
